All garments will be returned to you in breathable garment bags. Pickup and delivery are included.

We ensure that all linings, including pocket linings, are meticulously hand-cleaned and pressed using non-toxic, environmentally friendly cleaning solvents that are safe for fine fabrics. After cleaning, a gentle steaming process glazes the fur, enhancing its plushness and vibrancy.

Each garment is thoroughly inspected, and any necessary repairs are carefully addressed to ensure it looks its best.

we believe in taking care of your garments without the added costs of minor repairs; we always cover those. If you're missing a hook or ring, or if we find small openings in the lining or fur, don’t worry, we’ve got you covered! You can trust that we will address all minor repairs at no extra charge, eliminating unexpected costs.

When it comes to necessary major repairs, such as lining replacements, large fur openings, or a complete set of new fasteners, we’ll ensure that we reach out and discuss everything with you before proceeding.
