Fur Cleaning Expert is not liable for any loss or damage that exceeds the maximum liability stated above and encourages clients to seek the appropriate insurance coverage.

  3. Exclusions: Fur Cleaning Expert shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or incidents resulting from:

    • Environmental disasters, including but not limited to floods, earthquakes, hurricanes, or other natural catastrophes.
    • Acts of war, terrorism, or civil unrest.
    • Negligence, mishandling, or improper use of the garments after they have been returned to the client.
