To keep your furs looking their best, we recommend having them professionally cleaned at least once a year, even if you haven't worn them recently.

Our unique, proprietary method begins by removing dirt and excess oils, followed by glazing your fur to enhance its natural sheen and luster. Fur Garments
We take pride in our gentle cleaning process that revitalizes your fur garments, leaving them sanitized and beautifully fluffy. Our specialized drum-tumbling technique uses proprietary cleaning materials designed to naturally eliminate dirt, oils, dust, pollutants, and unpleasant odors.
We ensure that all linings, including pocket linings, are meticulously hand-cleaned and pressed using non-toxic, environmentally friendly cleaning solvents that are safe for fine fabrics. After cleaning, a gentle steaming process glazes the fur, enhancing its plushness and vibrancy.
All garments are thoroughly inspected, and any necessary repairs are carefully addressed to ensure they look their best.
Shearling Cleaning
Shearling garments are renowned for their exceptional durability, characterized by a distinctive suede or leather finish. This finish develops a beautiful nap over time, adding character to the garment.
We hand-clean each shearling to remove any dirt, dust, and odors from the fleece side, followed by a careful hand-cleaning of the suede side with non-toxic solvents that are both gentle and environmentally safe. Cleaning shearling can present challenges, but we are committed to removing stains while preserving the natural integrity of the hides.
Each garment is carefully inspected, and any necessary repairs are completed. Please note that while we don’t refinish suede finishes in the traditional sense, we recognize that natural imperfections can enhance the unique beauty of each piece. For shearlings with an applied finish, we may offer refinishing services after cleaning to achieve the best possible color match.
Leather & Suede Cleaning
Cleaning leather and suede garments requires specialized techniques, and we handle each item with care. We hand-clean all garments to remove dirt, dust, pollutants, and odors, utilizing gentle, non-toxic solvents that are safe for the environment.
It is important to note that some leather finishes are not intended for refinishing, as their natural imperfections contribute to their charm. Solid-color leathers meant for refinishing will receive careful attention to achieve the closest color match available. We’ll also take great care with suede garments, recognizing that their unique nature can present cleaning challenges. Our goal is to remove any stains without compromising the integrity of the material.
Lastly, we thoroughly inspect each garment, ensuring that any necessary repairs are effectively addressed.
Fur-Trimmed Outerwear Cleaning
For fabric garments featuring fur trim, we employ a hand-cleaning method using non-toxic solvents that respect the fine fabric and are environmentally safe. After cleaning, linings are pressed, and fur trims are steamed for a plush and vibrant finish.
Each garment undergoes a meticulous inspection, and any necessary repairs are completed to ensure your pieces look their best.
Important Note: Unfortunately, we do not clean down garments. Their unique manufacturing often combines fur trims, fabrics, and fleece, which should be cleaned separately, making proper cleaning difficult without disassembling the item.
We reserve the right to return any garments to you at no charge if we determine they cannot be cleaned effectively due to their construction or deterioration that exceeds our gentle cleaning processes. Thank you for understanding!
